Rum Glaze
Ingredients:
1/4 lb butter (1 stick)
1/4 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar (extra fine is best)
1/2 cup dark rum of choice
Directions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Stir in water and sugar
Boil 5 minutes stirring continuously
Remove from heat and stir in rum
Glaze is ready to use
