Sugar-free Sand Tarts
Ingredients
- 2 sticks real butter
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons Splenda powdered sugar* (plus extra for dusting)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
* Recipe for Splenda powdered sugar available in the 'Basics' section of the Sugarfree tab.
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add flour, pecans and vanilla - mixing thoroughly
- Mold with nands into small crescent shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees about 15 - 20 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown
- When cool roll in additional Splenda powdered sugar
