Sugarfree Sand Tart Recipe -

Sugar-free Sand Tarts


Ingredients


  • 2 sticks real butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons Splenda powdered sugar* (plus extra for dusting)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans


* Recipe for Splenda powdered sugar available in the 'Basics' section of the Sugarfree tab.

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add flour, pecans and vanilla - mixing thoroughly
  3. Mold with nands into small crescent shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheet
  4. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 - 20 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown
  5. When cool roll in additional Splenda powdered sugar
