Blueberry Cobbler - with puff pastry - Get Recipe

Sugarfree Blueberry Cobbler


  • 1 sheeet puff pastry
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Splenda®
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon almond flavor
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  1. Lay pastry sheet over square baking pan, approx. 9 inch. Press down leaving corners extended
  2. Place blueberrines in the center of the dough.
  3. Mix Splenda®' with corn starch and sprinkle over berries
  4. Sprinkle almond flavor over top, cut butter into pats and place on top of berries
  5. Gather corners to center, moisten sides and pinch together to seal, leaving the points open at top to vent.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves 4, add a dusting of Splenda® powdered sugar or whipped cream when serving for added flavor.
