Traditional BBQ Spice Rub
(This rub works on beef, pork, chicken and fish.)

Ingredients:
- 4 Teaspoons salt (Kosher is best)
- 2 Teaspoons black pepper
- 2 Teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 Teaspoons paprika
- 1 Teaspoon chile powder (more if you like spicier)
- 2 Teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon celery or mustard seed
- 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon gruond fennel
Note: Feel free to add your favorite spice into the mix for your own personal flavor.
Directions:
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- Use or store in a zip-bag until ready to use
