Incredible Brownie Pie
Incredible because the crust will form on the bottom while baking!


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 4 oz. sweet cooking chocolate (melted & cooled)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup baking mix (Pioneer)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  1. Grease 9" pie pan (must be at least 1-1/4" deep)
  2. Beat eggs, butter and melted chocolate in medium bowl using mixer until smooth
  3. To mixture, add brown sugar, baking mix and regular sugar
  4. Beat batter for 2 minutes using mixer, stopping to scrape sides
  5. Pour batter into prepared pie pan
  6. Sprinkle top with chopped pecans
  7. Bake approximately 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  8. Cool before serving with ice cream or whipped cream
