Chorizo Sausage (Mexican Sausage)
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground pork
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until uniform in color and texture
Store in the refrigerator in a glass container until ready to use
Note: Most store bought chorize is in a casing but this is not necessary for home use.
