Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
1 8-oz bar of cream cheese (softened)
1 Stick butter (softened)
5 Cups powdered sugar**
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Combine softened cream cheese, softened butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Mix together until smooth. If frosting is too thick, add 1 teaspoon of water at a time until a spreadable consistency is reached. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate.
** Make this frosting 'sugar-free' by replacing the traditional powdered sugar with Splenda™ powdered sugar.
