Tangy Crockpot Ribs


  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershre sauce
  • 1 garlic clove minces (OR 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pounds pork (OR beef) spare or short ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: For added flavor add a dash of your favorite Grillmates flavor.


  1. Place oil in large skillet over medium-high heat

  2. Cut ribs into serving size portions and brown on all sides in skillet. Set aside

  3. Combine remaining ingredients in crock pot. Add browned ribs to mixture.

  4. Cover crockpot with lid and cook on low for 4-5 hours OR until tender.
