Funnel Cakes

Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour (all purpose)
Directions:
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Add milk using a whisk so there are no lumps
- Batter consistency should be thin enough to pour through a funnel. Note: If too thick add a little more milk; if too thin add a little more flour.
- Pour batter through a funnel into pre-heated hot oil. Note: Spiral and shape the cake by moving the funnel from inside out or vice versa. Oil should be deep enough to cover the funnel cake.
- Remove funnel cake from oil; drain on paper towel.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot
