Guacamole ~ Quick & Easy


  • 1 Med-Large Ripe Avocado

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon chopped tomato

  • 1 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt to taste


  1. In a medium size bowl, place the scrapped out avocado.

  2. Add onion, tomato, lemon juice and garlic powder and stir.

  3. Add salt to taste

  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.

This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled depending on how much guacamole you want.

Recommend same day eating.
