Incredible Ham Pie
Incredible because the crust will form on the bottom while baking!


  • 2/3 cup green peas (frozen, canned, fresh)
  • 1 cup chopped ham (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 3/4 cup baking mix (Pioneer)
  • 3 eggs


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Lightly grease a 10" pie plate (1-1/2" deep minimum)
  • Rinse peas and drain
  • Sprinkle peas, ham and cheese into pie plate
  • In a bowl, mix milk, mayonnaise, mustard, baking mix and eggs until smooth
  • Pour into pie plate over other ingredients
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  • Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
