Incredible Pecan Pie
Incredible because the crust will form on the bottom while baking!


  • 1-1/2 cups chopped pecan
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup (dark syrup works too!)
  • 1/2 cup all purpose buttermilk baking mix
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  1. Grease a 9" diameter pie plate. (Needs to be at least 1-1/4 inch deep)
  2. Sprinkle chopped pecans into pie plate
  3. Beat remaining ingredients with mixer for 1 minute or until smooth
  4. Pour into pie plate over pecans
  5. Bake approximately 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  6. Cool for 5 minutes
