Quick Brown Gravy
Make this tasty brown gravy is a snap using store bought ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 Can chicken broth
1 Package brown gravy mix (2 cup size)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1-2 Tablespoons of butter
Set aside 1/2 cup of the chicken broth in a small bowl.
In a sauce pan heat the remaining chicken broth on medium high.
Add in the can of mushroom soup (no extra water) and use a whisk to blend.
Add the package of brown gravy mix into the 1/2 cup of reserved broth and mix. When completely mixed, add to the broth and cream of mushroom soup on the stove.
Use a whisk to blend the mixture so there are no lumps. Cook over medium high heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Add in the butter and stir until disolved.
Serve.
