Spicy-Mustard Dressing

Use low-fat yogurt for a more healthy dressing;
replace sugar with Splenda® for sugar-free version.


  • 1 carton (8 oz) of plain yogurt (use low-fat for a more healthy dressing)

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard (any spicy mustard will work)

  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or Splenda® for sugar free)

  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon finely minced green onion


  1. In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT yogurt

  2. Gently fold in yogurt making sure all ingredients are well blended

  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight
