Sugarfree Fresh Peach Pie
Ingredients:
- 7-8 medium-size fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup Splenda®
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour (all-purpose)
- 1 pie shell (unbaked)
- Optional: dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix Splenda®, butter and flour in a bowl until crumbly. A fork or pastry cutter works well for this.
- Spread half of the 'crumb' mixture on the bottom of the unbaked pie shell
- Add peaches, making sure they are well placed and level
- Scatter remaining 'crumb' mixture over the top of the peaches keeping it as evenly spread as possible
- Bake for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
- Option: Cover the edge with aluminum foil to prevent edge from burning.
